Forum Changes

Okay, I've implemented registering via e-mail confirmation, and blocked anonymous posting. Seems as moderators won't have much to do now :). Yet if anything shows up from now, please don't delete it – I will want to take a look.

Also, I plan on clearing the user database. I will remove all users that didn't make any posts – so if anyone wants to keep a lurking account then please post at least a hello in this topic :].
